Our unique approach to networking and digital media creates a fun environment that allows our members to make the kind of lasting relationships that will have a positive impact on the growth of their business. As an organization, we choose to serve entrepreneurs during their most vulnerable stage. We understand that entrepreneurs just starting out need an opportunity to make strategic connections, test their products, and get exposure. The Young Black & N’ Business Membership includes a quarterly manuscript, bimonthly live-streamed programming, and bimonthly newsletters, allowing our members to connect, collaborate and further develop as business owners.

We provide instructional, educational, and entrepreneurial content to bring early emerging entrepreneurs out of the darkness & into the light by providing business acumen.

Our Vision with Young Black & N’ Business is about growth; we help you grow your network through membership which introduces you to other like-minded entrepreneurs. We also assist you with strategies to grow your net worth through our programming which prepares you to access capital.
We are bringing this vision and mission to life and supporting entrepreneurs at an even greater level with the BizCon 2023 event. BizCon is our premiere small business expo, bringing together early and emerging entrepreneurs, community stakeholders, and a vast array of high-level resources in one event. - Enter the garage, using the entrance closest to the Marriott Hotel. Park in areas marked with red lettering.
- To come up from the parking garage, please use the blue, green, or red marked doors for the stairs or the elevator located in the direction towards Harbor Drive.
- Once at ground level, please search for the red circular labeled “B” as indicated in the picture
Please enter through lobby B doors. - There will be an escalator located to the left. If you need to use an elevator, it will be located past the escalator.
- Please take either escalator or elevator to the upper level.
- Right from the escalator or elevator, walk through hall to the end, as indicated by the red arrow below.
- Take the escalator or elevator down to the mezzanine level
- You have arrived.
There will be different speakers each day so try to catch as much as you can. The vendors will be set up on both days.
They will generally share their information and preferred method of contact, and many of them will participate in the Mastermind on the Mezzanine.
